Straight facts, no fluff

The location is prime, nestled in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooftop pool offers stunning mountain views, but the decor feels dated and could use a refresh. While the breakfast variety is decent, the quality falls short. Friendly staff, but maintenance needs attention to truly shine.

I just spent three nights at the W Santiago in a Wonderful Guest room with a king bed and a nice city view. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, really making an effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I loved the rooftop pool. the views of the Andes from there are just stunning. The breakfast spread offered plenty of choices, and the quality was pretty good too. However, navigating the hotel can be a challenge. The signage inside is lacking, which made finding my way around a bit confusing. The elevators also seemed overly complicated. Also, the room felt a bit tired. the air conditioning wasn't very effective, and the bed could have been more comfortable. Still, the location is fantastic with plenty of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. I had a good time overall, with a fantastic gym access really being a plus too.

The location is excellent, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety, and the staff, particularly the general manager, were remarkably attentive and welcoming, creating a sense of home. Despite these highlights, the rooftop had limited access due to events, and the overall condition of the hotel seemed dated and in need of maintenance, with several amenities showing wear and tear.

Some areas need repairs. bathroom vanity cracked, exposing particle board!!! Navigation in the hotel can be confusing, with unclear elevator access!!!

The location in Las Condes is excellent, offering a clean and safe environment with easy access to numerous top-notch restaurants and shopping, including the Costanera Shopping Center. The rooftop pool offers stunning views of the Andes, perfect for relaxation. The concierge team, especially Giuliana, provided exceptional service in helping us find activities and follow-up with personalized notes that made our stay even more special.

Some amenities were lacking attention, such as the gym and certain room features.

I was blown away by the stylish decor throughout the hotel, especially the vibrant common areas that invite relaxation and socializing. The rooftop pool boasted amazing views of the Andes, perfect for soaking up the sun with a cocktail in hand. The staff genuinely, with amazing recommendations and a seamless check-in process that set a happy tone for my stay.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was fine with an very nice city view, and the staff were friendly and attentive. This place exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in santiago.

Great location and service, but AC issues and dirty breakfast area were disappointing.

Single travelers, good but pricey

Had a super room upgrade which was a nice surprise! Plus, the location is perfect, with a great coffee shop right next door and a decent restaurant across the street, Tiramisu, you gotta book in advance tho.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay, especially with the amazing rooftop pool and the well-equipped gym. I enjoyed lounging by the pool while soaking up the sun, which made for a perfect relaxation spot. Just a minor note, the bathroom could use a little updating, but it didn't take away from my lovely visit. 🌞

Great location but frustrating visit

I tried to meet friends at a brunch event but got the runaround from staff about entry without joining the buffet. After confirming before I left, it was super awkward. The vibe's nice though—cafes and a cool rooftop bar nearby. Just wish the staff had better communication.
